Description

This is a parish boundary stone, likely from the mid-19th century. It is a tall, narrow block made of sandstone, featuring a segmental head and chamfers along the edges. The names of the parishes are carved in Roman lettering: "KINGS MEABURN" on one side and "BOLTON" on the other.
