2/8 Barn 50 yds south- east of Hay Close Farmhouse

Threshing barn and byre. Probably early C18. Slobbered rubble with quoins. Graduated slate roof with kneelers to north end. Single tall storey with loft to north end; 6 bays. Plank wagon door under timber lintel; vent slits to either side with casement to far left. Byre door in north return; stone steps to loft door. 5 queen-strut roof trusses.
