Description

Hillcrest is a house from the early 19th century, constructed with painted stucco and featuring a Welsh slate roof along with stucco chimney stacks. The building has two storeys and consists of three bays, with slightly recessed one-bay extensions on either side, all under a common roof. The entrance includes a 20th-century door and a glazed fanlight set within a plain stone surround that has a moulded cornice. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, framed by plain painted stone surrounds.
