Description
Eden Bank Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated 1796, located in Beaumont. It features painted stucco with raised V-jointed quoins, while the rear wall is constructed of mixed cobbles and red sandstone, set on a chamfered plinth with flush painted stone quoins. The roof is made of graduated greenslate and has end brick chimney stacks, which are partly painted. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The entrance includes a 20th-century door with a radial fanlight, surrounded by a pilaster strip and a moulded segmental arch with a false keystone. The windows are single-pane sash windows set in moulded stone architraves. The adjoining outbuildings are not of interest.
