Description
Orchard House is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red and yellow sandstone ashlar and features a chamfered stone plinth, raised V-jointed quoins, and a moulded cornice. The roof is slate, and there are end ashlar chimney stacks. The building has two storeys and three bays, with a single-storey extension to the right. The windows are 2-pane sash types set in moulded stone architraves. There is a side entrance through the rear extension, which has a 20th-century rendered porch. The extension to the right has whitewashed rendered walls and a Welsh slate roof, with a casement window that includes glazing bars.
