Description
Beaumont House is a late 18th or early 19th century house located in Beaumont. It is constructed of Flemish bond brickwork above a stone plinth, with raised V-jointed quoins. The roof is of graduated greenslate, and the end chimneys are cement-rendered. The house is two storeys high and comprises three bays. The front features a four-panel door with a patterned fanlight, set in a plain surround beneath a segmental arch with a false keystone. Sash windows with glazing bars are set within flat brick arches and have stone sills.
