Description
1 Hamilton Lane is a building from 1814, located adjacent to Nos 11 and 12 Strand, with its entrance on the lane to the right. It is from the first half of the 19th century and is constructed of stucco. The building has three storeys and a basement, featuring a decorative band above. The front facing the Strand includes a single sash window and a double sash window on the ground and first floors, with a double sash window on the top floor, all set within plain stone architraves. On the Hamilton Lane side, there is a door accessed by steps, accompanied by an iron railing. This building forms a group with Nos 10 to 13 West Street.
