Description

The Beeches is a house dating from the late 18th century. It features Flemish bond brick walls, a slate roof, and brick chimney stacks. The building has two storeys and consists of six bays. The entrance includes a six-panel door with a patterned fanlight, which is framed by a plain round-headed stone surround. There are four triple sash windows and single sash windows, all with glazing bars, and they have stone sills and lintels. The house is adorned with a moulded and dentilled cornice and has a hipped roof. Additionally, there are two Newcastle firemarks located above the entrance.
