Description

West End is a house dating from the early 19th century. It features painted stucco on a chamfered plinth with raised painted quoins and has a graduated slate roof with stucco end chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, with a recessed two-storey, two-bay extension to the left. The main entrance includes a six-panel top-glazed door with a radial fanlight set in a pilastered surround, topped by a round arch with a false keystone. The windows are sash style with glazing bars and are framed by stone architraves. The extension has similar details but lacks quoins and has plain surrounds.
