Description

Marsh House is an early 19th-century house. It is built of painted stucco with V-jointed quoins on a chamfered plinth, and has a graduated greenslate roof with ashlar chimney stacks. The house has two storeys and originally comprised three bays, with a lower, single-bay extension added to the left. A panelled door is set beneath an intersecting-glazing bar fanlight, both within a pilastered surround. A 20th-century wooden porch with a rounded top now fronts the entrance. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set in painted stone surrounds. A single-storey extension to the side displays pointed windows.
