Description

Bank House consists of two houses built in the late 18th century. They feature incised stucco exteriors, graduated slate roofs, and stucco chimney stacks. No 56 is a single-bay, two-storey house with a 20th-century door that has a plain stone surround. It has two-pane sash windows on the ground floor and quartered glazing bars above. No 58 is a two-storey, two-bay house with a six-panel top-glazed door, which has an alternate block surround and a keyed entablature with a moulded cornice. The sash windows with glazing bars on this house have moulded stone surrounds.
