Description
South View is a farmhouse that has been converted into a house, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of dressed red sandstone with V-jointed quoins and features a graduated greenslate roof topped with 20th-century brick chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The entrance consists of a 20th-century door set within a plain painted stone surround. The windows are also 20th-century, featuring two-light diamond-pane casements in plain painted stone surrounds. A garage to the left of the house is not of interest.
