Description

The Hollies is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century. It features Flemish bond brickwork set on a chamfered stone plinth, with raised quoins and a plain cornice. The roof is made of Welsh slate, with coped gables and kneelers, and there are brick chimney stacks at each end. The building has two storeys and two bays. A 20th-century door is framed by a painted eared architrave with a moulded cornice. On the right side, there are sash windows with glazing bars, while the left side has double sash windows with glazing bars, all set within painted architraves. There is a late 19th-century outbuilding to the left, but it is not of interest.
