Description
Wormanby Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated 1772, with an additional date of 1850 and the inscription "G.B." above the entrance. The building features painted stucco walls set on a chamfered painted plinth, with raised V-jointed quoins. It has a Welsh slate roof with coped gables and kneelers, along with cement rendered chimney stacks. The farmhouse is two storeys high and consists of four bays, with a single-bay extension to the left under a common roof. The entrance includes a 20th-century door within a bolection surround, along with a dated and inscribed frieze and a moulded cornice. The windows are single-pane sash types set in minted stone architraves, while the extension has no windows.
