Description

This is a row of three cottages located at 89, 91, and 93 Billing Road, dating from the 18th century and altered in the 20th century. The cottages are constructed from coursed limestone rubble and feature a thatched roof with brick stacks at the ends and ridge. They have a one-unit plan and are two stories high, with a five-window range.

The entrance front faces a garden at the rear and includes a 20th-century door to the left of center, set within a 20th-century porch. To the right of center is a plank door in a gabled trellis porch, and there is a 20th-century part-glazed door at the far right, all featuring wooden lintels. The ground floor has an irregular arrangement of 1-, 2-, and 3-light casement windows, while the first floor has 1- and 2-light casement windows, all with wooden lintels. Notably, No. 93 includes an open fireplace with a bressumer.
