Description

This is an early 18th-century house located on the south side of Main Road in Lower Middleton. The house is constructed of squared coursed ironstone and limestone, with an artificial stone slate roof and brick stacks. It is two storeys high with an attic, and has two bays. The ground-floor windows have wood lintels and three-light wood casements, while the first-floor windows are similar two-light casements. A four-panel door sits behind a wood lintel on the right-hand side of the house. The interior has not been inspected.
