Description

The gatepiers and gate at the entrance to Astrop Park date from the 18th century. They are made of limestone and feature rusticated piers with a moulded entablature topped by urns. The gate itself is from the mid-19th century and is constructed of timber, adorned with wrought iron scroll-work panels.
