Description
Manor House Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse located on the east side of the A508 in Deanshanger. The building is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a plain tile roof, with brick stacks at the ends and internally. It stands two storeys high with an attic and has a six-window range, following a three-unit plan.
To the right of the centre is a six-panel door, which is adorned with a fanlight and moulded wood surrounds. This door is flanked by panelled pilasters that support console brackets and an open pediment. The farmhouse has 12-pane sash windows on both the ground and first floors; the ground floor windows have stone lintels, while the first-floor windows are fitted with wooden lintels. Additionally, there are two hipped dormer windows in the attic.
