Description
Holly Bush Cottage is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of squared coursed lias stone and has a thatched roof. The building features a two-unit plan and stands two storeys tall with an attic. The front has a two-window range of casement windows with leaded lights. There is a central entrance that includes a 20th-century glazed door and an original wooden lintel. The flanking casement windows have moulded stone surrounds, and there is a small central window with original glass. To the right, there is a single-storey extension from the 19th and 20th centuries. The roof has a dormer and brick stacks at both ends. Inside, there is an open fireplace with a bressumer beam.
