Description

Lake Cottage is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of squared coursed lias and features a thatched roof. The building has a 2-unit plan and is a single storey with an attic. The façade includes a three-window range of 19th and 20th-century casements, with the ground floor windows having leaded lights and wooden lintels. There is a central entrance from the 20th century and eyebrow dormers above. The gable ends are adorned with ashlar parapets, and there are brick stacks at both ends. The interior has not been inspected.
