This is a house located at 99 Upper Harlestone, dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed of squared coursed lias stone and features a thatched roof. Originally designed as a single unit, the house has two storeys and an attic, with a two-window range. The entrance, located to the right, has a plank door with a wooden lintel. To the left, there are three-light casement windows with leaded lights. On the first floor, there are two stone mullioned windows, each with leaded lights. The gable ends have ashlar parapets with kneelers, and there are two-light stone mullions in the attic window on the left gable. The house has brick stacks at the ridge and end. At the rear, there is a single-storey 19th-century extension, which is similar in style, featuring stone mullioned windows at the entrance with a four-centred head and a gable dormer. Inside, the house has a butt purlin roof.
