Description

This is a barn located approximately 20 meters west of The Old Well House, dating from the 17th or 18th century. It is constructed of coursed ironstone rubble and features a thatched roof. The barn is one storey high with a loft and consists of two bays. There are two wide doorways with wooden lintels and double plank doors. In the right bay, there is a loft opening fitted with wooden louvres. Inside, the original roof structure remains intact. To the left, there is a lower extension, likely from the 17th or 18th century as well, built with similar materials and also featuring double plank doors and wooden lintels.
