Description

Dumbletons is a house dating from the late 17th century, constructed from coursed limestone and ironstone rubble, with a tiled roof and brick stacks. The building has two storeys and an attic, featuring five bays. The central doorway is framed by a voussoired stone arch and has a 20th-century door. There is a 20th-century French window in the right bay. The other windows are of two lights, made with wood mullions and transoms, leaded panes, and 20th-century wood lintels. A central half-dormer with two lights and a wood mullion is present. The gable end is coped with kneelers on the right side. The interior has not been inspected.
