Description

No. 52 Park Road is a cottage dating from the 18th century, with alterations and an extension made in the 20th century. The building is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a thatched roof with brick stacks at each end. It has one storey and an attic, with a two-window range and a two-unit plan. The ground floor has two- and three-light 20th-century casement windows, each with wooden lintels. There is also a two-light attic window in the left gable, which has a wooden lintel. A 20th-century extension and entrance are located at the rear. The cottage is included for its group value context.
