The building has two storeys and a three-window range. The entrance, located to the left of centre, has a round-arched head and a six-panel part-glazed door with an overlight above. The ground and first floors are fitted with 20-pane sash windows that have stone sills and flat-arched heads. To the left, there is a single-storey lean-to made of red brick. The interior has not been inspected. This house is included for its group value with other nearby structures.
