Description
15 and 17 Old School Lane are a pair of houses dating from the late 17th century. They are constructed from coursed ironstone rubble and feature a thatched roof with brick ridge and end stacks. The buildings have a three-unit plan and are two stories high with a four-window range. On the ground floor, there is a 20th-century door to the right of center, accompanied by a two-light casement window to the right and a one-light window to the left, both with timber lintels. The first floor has two two-light casements on the left, a three-light casement on the right, and a small horned sash window at the far right, all featuring timber lintels. To the left, there is a two-story, two-window extension with a slate roof. The interior has not been inspected.
