Description

The stables, located approximately 25 meters south of Trafford Bridge Farmhouse, date from the 18th century. They are constructed from squared uncoursed limestone and ironstone, topped with a tiled roof. The building is one storey high with a loft and features six bays. There are four doorways, each with wooden lintels and plank doors. This structure is part of an interesting group of farm buildings and is included for its group value.
