Description
The Old Rectory is a house dating from the early 18th century, with remodelling that occurred in the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared limestone and ironstone, topped with a stone slate roof and flanked by stone stacks. The building has two storeys and an attic, featuring five bays. The entrance is located on the left side and includes a 20th-century stone porch. The ground and first floors have sash windows with wooden lintels, while the dormers are fitted with wooden casements. A wooden cornice runs along the top, and the gable ends are coped. The interior was remodelled in the 19th and 20th centuries, with a staircase from the 19th century.
