Description

Orchard House is a house dated 1701, constructed from coursed squared limestone with a thatched roof and rendered brick end and ridge stacks. It features a 3-unit plan and is two stories high with a three-window range. To the left, there is a double-leaf part-glazed door with a timber lintel, while the ground floor has three-light casement windows and the first floor has two-light casements set in eyebrow dormers, all with timber lintels. Above the center and right ground floor windows, there is a datestone inscribed with 17.IF.OI. There is a single-storey extension to the right and the entrance is located at the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
