Cottage. Dated 1724. Coursed limestone and ironstone rubble, plain-tile roof, brick ridge and end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; one-window range. C20 plank door to left in moulded wood surround with timber lintel. 2-light casement windows to ground and first floor, all with timber lintels. Datestone in left gable inscribed EL/1724. Interior has ogee-stop-chamfered spine beam and open fireplace with bread oven.
