Description

No. 10 Elkington Road is a house dating from the late 17th century. It features a timber frame with small framing set on a lias plinth, with brick infill and a corrugated metal roof. The original layout was a two-unit plan. The house is a single storey with an attic and has a two-window range at the ground floor, which contains casement windows. There are brick stacks at both ends of the building. To the right, there is a single storey extension that is likely from the late 18th century. The left gable and rear of the house also display exposed timber framing, which includes some arched and tension bracing. The interior has not been inspected.
