Description

The Beeches is a cottage that dates back to the 18th century. It is constructed from coursed ironstone and limestone rubble, topped with a thatched roof and featuring stone end stacks. The building has two storeys and a three-window range, with two and three-light 20th-century casement windows that have renewed timber lintels. Inside, the ground floor includes bar stop-chamfered spine beams and two open fireplaces, one of which has a moulded bressumer.
