Description

This stable, located approximately 20 meters northeast of Stone House, dates from the early 18th century. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and features a thatched roof. The building is one storey high with a loft and consists of two bays. There are two wide doorways, each with wooden lintels and double plank doors. A three-light loft window, also with a wooden lintel, has wooden casements. On the left side, there is another doorway with a wooden lintel and a plank stable door, along with a three-light window in the loft that has a wooden lintel and leaded panes. The interior has not been inspected. This stable is included for its group value.
