Description

Rectory Farmhouse is a farmhouse, now a house, dating from the mid 18th century. It is constructed of regularly coursed lias stone and features a plain tile roof added in the 20th century. The building originally had a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high, with a three-window range of casement windows. The first-floor windows have glazing bars, and all windows are framed with early 20th-century moulded plaster surrounds. There is a central door from the 20th century, and brick stacks are located at both ends of the building.
