Description

Clint Hill Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse situated on the north side of Lamport Manor Road, near Hanging Houghton. It is constructed of squared coursed lias stone with a slate roof. The building has a two-unit plan and a three-window facade of casement windows with glazing bars, all set within flat arches. A central 20th-century door is also topped with a flat arch. The farmhouse features ashlar gable parapets and brick stacks at each end. A small, late 18th-century barn is attached to the right-hand side. The interior has not been inspected. The farmhouse possesses group value from its contribution to the rural landscape.
