Description

This is a road bridge, likely built in the early 14th century and widened in the late 18th century. It is constructed of limestone ashlar and features a single span. The outer arches are semi-circular and date from the 18th century. The low parapets have a plain ashlar plinth. In the center of the bridge, there are 14th-century chamfered ribs, with three being straight and two oblique. The bridge was previously listed under the parish of Thorpe Achurch, but that entry was removed on 10 November 2017.
