Description

This description is for a wall and gatepier located approximately 10 meters east of the Manor House in Sutton Basset. The wall is constructed from squared coursed lias and features ashlar coping with a roll moulding. The gatepier on the right is similar in style and was reset in the mid-20th century. Together, they form the front wall of the Manor House, which is situated about 15 meters to the west. This structure is included in the listing for its group value with the Manor House.
