Description
Cotterstock Lodge, barn and attached outbuilding are located approximately 10 meters east of Cotterstock Lodge Farmhouse, which is not included in this listing. The farmhouse and barn date from the late 18th century to early 19th century. They are constructed of squared coursed limestone and feature a Collyweston slate roof. The original structure was likely a two-unit house with a single-unit barn attached. The house is a single storey with an attic and has a two-window range of 19th century casements beneath wooden lintels, along with two hipped eaves dormers in the attic. There is a central 19th century plank door also under a wooden lintel, and a brick stack at one end. The attached barn on the right has central cart entrances that are now blocked and features ashlar gable parapets. The interiors have not been inspected.
