Description
This is an outbuilding located approximately 30 metres southeast of the Manor House, dating from 1662 with 19th-century alterations. It is constructed of squared coursed limestone and has a slate roof. Originally a range of farm outbuildings, the elevation facing the road features a 19th-century stable door on the far left, two slit vents to the left of centre, and a pair of wood mullion windows with bars and a wood lintel to the right of centre. There is also a 20th-century carriage arch on the far right. The left gable has an ashlar parapet with a brick backing, while the right gable displays the datestone. The rear elevation includes a cart entrance under a wood lintel on the right and two 19th-century casement windows. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value with the Manor House.
