Description
This outbuilding, located approximately 15 meters southeast of the Manor House, is a stable that has been converted into an outbuilding. It likely dates from the mid-18th century and is constructed of squared coursed limestone with a Collyweston slate roof. Originally, it was probably a single-unit stable and is a single-storey structure with three bays. The central plank door is flanked by casement window openings, all under wood lintels. The gable ends feature ashlar parapets. Although the interior was not inspected, it is believed that the roof structure was renewed in the 19th century. This building appears on a map from 1775 and is included for its group value with the Manor House.
