Description

College Farmhouse is a small house dating from the 18th century, with alterations. It has a T-plan layout and is constructed from whitewashed rubble stone, with a timber-framed section on the right. The house features a thatched roof and stands one-and-a-half storeys tall. The front is irregular, showcasing modern 3-light leaded casements on the stone section. To the left, there is a projecting gabled bay with one upper casement, and to the right of the stone section, there is a modern door beneath a thatch hood. The timber-framed section includes one single casement and two paired casements on the ground floor, along with a 5-light casement on the first floor.
