Description
Yeoman Cottage is a small house dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of whitewashed brick and coursed rubble stone, featuring a brick band course at the first floor of the left bay. The cottage has a thatched roof with brick copings on the gables and flanking brick chimneys. It is 1½ storeys high and has a basement, comprising two bays. All floors have 3-light barred wooden casements, with most upper windows set into the thatch. There is a 20th-century door at the center, while the door and ground floor window to the right have segmental heads. To the right gable, there is a single-storey, two-bay extension made of whitewashed brick and rubble stone, which has dentilled eaves and a tiled roof.
