Description
Moreton House is a small house dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. The ground floor is constructed of coursed and squared blocks of rubble stone, while the first floor is made of brick featuring a band course and cogged eaves. It has an old tile roof with brick copings on the gables and flanking brick chimneys. The building is two storeys high and consists of three bays. The windows are leaded casements, with three-light windows flanking a two-light window, and the outer ground floor windows have segmental heads. A central four-panelled door is set within a gabled timber porch.
