Description
High Green is a small house dating from the 17th to early 18th century. It is constructed of whitewashed rubble stone with timber lintels over the openings and features a thatched roof with central stacks. The house is one-and-a-half storeys tall and has two original bays that contain 20th-century paired metal casements and a door with leaded glazing located to the left of centre. Above the door, there is a fire insurance plaque. To the right, there is a whitewashed brick extension that includes a 20th-century square bay window on the ground floor. Additionally, there is a single-storey, one-bay extension at the far right with a slate roof.
