Description
Oaktree Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage located on Bridge Street in Thornborough. The building is constructed of whitewashed brick, with rubble stone visible on the right-hand end of the first floor and gable, and has a slate roof with a stack on the right-hand gable. It is two storeys high and has two bays. The left-hand ground floor bay has paired, barred casement windows, and the first floor has similar windows. A canted bay window with a hipped slate roof is situated on the ground floor to the right. A modern central door is present, alongside a boarded service door to the left. The cottage is listed for its group value.
