Description
The statue of George, Second Duke of Sutherland, is located at Cliveden, near Taplow. This full-scale figure, dressed in a cloak, stands on a high stone base that features an inscription in Latin. The statue was created in 1866 by the sculptor Matthew Noble and was originally situated at the site of the Shell Fountain.
