HEDSOR HEATHFIELD ROAD SU 98 NW 6/56 Walls, gate-piers and gates adjacent to Taplow Lodge at entrance to Dropmore. - - II Walls, gate-piers and gates. Early Cl9. Ashlar, with wrought iron gates. Symmetrical composition with walls curving forwards on convex plan to small end piers. Cruciform gate - piers with moulded bases, caps and urn finials. Central carriage gates with flanking standards and lower pedestrian gates. Scrolled ornament and overthrows.
