Description
The Old Mill Club, also known as Chris Lee Carriage Company Limited, is a building that has been on this site since at least the late 14th century. It was last used as a mill in 1908 and was refronted in the 18th century. The structure features colourwashed brick and an old tiled half-hipped roof, standing two storeys tall.
On the ground floor, there is a door, two modern fixed windows, and two doors, one of which has side windows and provides garage entry. The first floor includes two 2-light and two 3-light casement windows, along with two fixed windows that have glazing bars. The roof has four dormer windows and five leaded dormers, with cambered hand windows on both the first and ground floors.
