A mill recorded on this site as early as the late C14. Last used as a mill in 1908. Refronted in C18. Colourwashed brick; old tiled half-hipped roof. Two storeys. Ground floor with a door, 2 modern fixed windows and 2 doors, one with side windows and garage entry. First floor with two 2-light and two 3-light casements and 2 fixed windows with glazing bars. Four dormer windows in the roof, 5 windows South side to Willow Avenue. 5 leaded dormers. Cambered hand windows to 1st and ground floors.
