Description

King's Mill Cottage is an early 18th-century building, altered subsequently. It is constructed of brick, with a hipped slate roof. The cottage is two storeys high. The ground floor has four flush sash windows with segmental heads, and a modern door with a timber hood supported by brackets. The first floor has five two-light casement windows. All windows are set within cement-rendered aprons. A later brick lean-to addition is present to the left, featuring one window.
