Description

This stable, located 20 meters to the east of Widmere Farmhouse, dates from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of red and vitreous brick and features an old tile roof. The building is one storey high with a loft and consists of two bays. It has an off-set plinth and eaves, along with a first-floor band course. The ground floor includes two windows with shutters and segmental heads, while the loft features two gabled eaves-line dormers with louvred openings. There is a central stable door with a segmental head and a weatherboard lean-to on the right side.
